Company Overview

We are a family business. Alison Knudsen and Rachel Perez are a mother & daughter team who have finally found something they are both passionate about. Alison is a mother of 5, and has successfully owned and managed several small businesses. She loves to scrapbook, but she really gets excited about ''doing the books''. Rachel is a mother of three, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. She has always loved to create, whether it is painting, photography, or now designing! James Knudsen (Dad) is the technical adviser who loves working with computers. Together they make the perfect Design Divas team, and we hope you like what we are creating together...Mission: To bring affordable, quality Vinyl Lettering Quotes & Wall Art into as many homes as possible. They add the perfect touch!

Our Vinyl Products:

We create original design vinyl wall quotes and wall art products that you can easily apply yourself to any clean, flat surface. Our Vinyl Wall Quotes come in 4 standard sizes and are measured in inches: (12x12), (6x24), (9x15), and (4x30). Larger sizes are available on any vinyl lettering quote, and we also do custom orders. All of our vinyl lettering and vinyl wall art products are made from the highest quality removable indoor vinyl (not reusable). All of our vinyl lettering comes prepositioned on a backing paper, so you only have to apply one piece, making application a breeze! We made sure to find the best vinyl for home decor...it does not damage your walls, and peels off like a sticker when you want to remove it. Our vinyl has a matte finish, so there is no glare or reflection, and it has the appearance of being painted on your wall.

Payment

We accept all payments through Paypal, whether it be credit card, echeck or paypal money transfer. We do not ship any orders until payment is received, or cleared. Canadian customers are charged 5% GST.

Shipping

Canadian & USA customers pay $7.00 shipping and handling for each order. You can combine items in your order to save on the shipping cost.

International customers pay $12. for the first item and an extra dollar for each additional item. You must purchase supplemental shipping when making your purchase.

We ship all orders within 2-5 business days. HOWEVER for orders going to the USA, PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY by Canada post, as there may be delays at Customs. For International orders, we ship small packet air, so please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery (depending on location). We ship standard Canada Post and all orders are insured, however tracking is not included. We ship our standard sized quotes in bubble envelopes and our larger quotes rolled up in cardboard tubes. We include detailed instructions & a free test decal for applying your vinyl product. The application instructions are also found on our website. Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, please return THE UN-USED ITEM for a full refund within 30 days. (minus shipping)
ALL SALE ITEMS , CUSTOM ORDERS AND SIZE UPGRADES ARE FINAL!!
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do NOT take any returns or give refunds of any seasonal (Christmas) decals.

Application Instructions:

  1. When you remove the quote from the shipping container or envelope, use a credit card or popsicle stick to gently smooth out any wrinkles or air-bubbles.
  2. Apply pressure with credit card/popsicle stick and rub the entire quote very well, using moderate pressure.
  3. Position quote on a clean surface with the backing still on (grid side facing the wall), and make sure it is centered using a level, ruler & pencil marks.
  4. Use masking tape on the top of your quote to hold in place. Flip vinyl quote upwards (masking tape will act as a hinge), and slowly peel off vinyl backing paper, pulling on a diagonal. You may need to gently assist if any letters don’t release.
  5. Gently flip vinyl back down into proper place using a credit card or popsicle stick to smooth on wall. Work from the center down, then outwards. Rub entire quote well.
  6. Pull transfer tape off the wall at a diagonal, leaving the vinyl quote adhered to the wall (pull slowly to ensure all of the vinyl letters are released). When you wish to remove the quote, simply lift up a corner and peel off. 

Applying multiple tiles for larger Decals: Position all pieces in correct order as in step 3 above. Do not go on to step 6 until all tiles have been applied as in step 5. (this way you can see where your next tile should be placed easier)

Applying a Multi-Colored Quote: Follow the above process, but simply repeat it using the second layer once the first is in place. You can position the second layer easily over the first.
